Situations change, we get it.  We've done everything in our power to make the best products at the best value possible.  If things aren't working out, let us know.  We are committed to our tribe of adventurers and will help you to sort things out.

You can return most orders within 30 days. 

Please note that any electrical/electronic products that have been installed or otherwise used are no longer new and not eligible for a full refund.  We have a trade-in/credit program if you'd like to swap to a different set of lights.  Non-electrical/electronic products that are still in new/unused, resalable condition are eligible for full refunds within 30 days.

Our goal is to make your life easier, if you have a concern, please reach out to us here and we'll get you taken care of.

Refunds are for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and fees.  Refunds may take up to two cycles to appear in your bank/credit card.
