2025, what a year! Three months ago we tried a new coating process with a new specialist that, on paper, looked great. Instead, it didn’t meet our wildly high standards—so the entire order got scrapped.
It set us back a bit with inventory which is a pain, but at RUBY, quality comes first. I just returned from our factories last week, personally making sure quality control was on point and production was running at full speed. We’re expecting everything back in stock right around Christmas.
