We'll get it packed and shipped as quickly as possible, most orders are shipped within a day or two. Orders placed late Friday through Sunday will be shipped at the beginning of the following week.
Our adventures aren't limited to just the United States, so we ship to almost anywhere on the planet. We also offer shipping insurance for your order if you are worried about damage/theft in transit. You know your neighborhood better than we do, the choice is yours. RUBY does not cover damage/theft that happens after it leaves our shop.

*Remember, we need time to pick and package your order. Rush orders need time to be processed and contact must be made to get them expedited through the queue. We want to get you your order asap, but we need your help to make that happen.
International orders almost always require an import duty, meaning that your country charges an extra tax when they deliver to you. This tax is charged and collected by your country and RUBY has no control or influence over this charge. Orders that are refused and sent back to RUBY will have the customs charge deducted from the order refund, because the charges are then passed on to RUBY regardless of whether or not the package was delivered.
Most international orders are shipped with UPS, some orders headed to more remote areas, Africa or South America are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping with USPS means that they will deliver your package to your country's local mail service. If you have concerns with either of these services, please reach out to us before placing your order and we can customize a delivery option that works for you.
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. Our experience would say that most international orders take 10-14 days to most urban centers outside the US.
FLAT RATE International Shipping - $60
Most orders cost us between $90-120 to ship internationally. To simplify the shipping process, thereby saving time for things like R&D and customer support, international orders ship for just $60.
*if you are ordering apparel, stickers, or swag (things that can fit in an envelope or poly bag), please reach out to us when placing your order and we'll discount the shipping cost.
VAT & Import duties
You are responsible for all VAT or import duties (taxes) on your order. All customs declarations will list the actual value of your order. We are not able to adjust those amounts, apologies. Clearly marked, properly filled customs forms are crucial to the speed of receiving your goods.
