Control your lighting setup simply and effectively. Using specially treated, outdoor rated and UV protected wiring, aluminum housing, and IP69K waterproof quick connections, infinitely dimming your lighting is a cinch. Control is further simplified by using only one button that controls the power, and the output level (dimming). Simply push to turn on/off, and roll to dim/brighten.
New functions added include the ability to tap your horn and hi-beam wires, allowing you to strobe your lights and go full-power from any brightness setting. Riding down the freeway and someone is crowding you out? They wont be able to hear your horn, but they will see your lights strobing at full power behind them. Want to use your stock hi/lo beam switch on your motorcycle to turn your lights on full power? No problem with our newly added hi-beam circuit.
Also includes an inline fused battery connection, multiple mounting hardware, and a 40 amp relay.

Over the years, I have found that RubyMoto to be the absolute best bang for the buck for motorcycle lights. I have had lights from the "big" brands (starts with C and also D), and find that Ruby are consistently brighter, better made, and cheaper. So when I got a new bike (a Moto Guzzi Mondello), I ordered some RubyMoto R4's and since there is no product like a Hex EZ-Can for the Mondello, I also ordered the wiring harness and switch to control them.
The products arrived quickly and well packaged. Installation was simple (instructions are on their website) and the lighting from the R4's is superb. My main use for the lights is visibility for other drivers, so I always add the yellow lenses (easy slip on and off, so they can be removed in a few seconds if I want more light at night time). With these yellow R4's, it's obvious to me that other drivers see me far earlier and are way less likely to pull out in front of me.
Overall, I am very happy with these Ruby lights and harnesses. I honestly believe the R4's represent a significant improvement in my safety when on the road.
Outstanding service
The wiring harness that Ruby Moto has developed for their R series lights is super nice. This wiring harness is a high-quality set-up, with quality connections and sturdy R&D. I was disappointed that the Hex set-up wasn't explicitly made for my Ducati Multistrada Enduro, but this is the next best thing. They give you a lot of hardware so you can make it work for your set-up. Easy install and quality product!
The lights are fantastic, and I really like the way help me be more visible in traffic. Going to try them out in the rough at the Mosko Moto Dusty Lizard Rally in Moab next month.
I’m an aircraft mechanic and know what is quality and what is not. The dimmer switch assembly, hardware, the wires, and the connectors are all top level. Just make sure your install professionally on your bike.
