2025, what a year! Three months ago we tried a new coating process with a new specialist that, on paper, looked great. Instead, it didn’t meet our wildly high standards—so the entire order got scrapped.
It set us back a bit with inventory which is a pain, but at RUBY, quality comes first. I returned from our factories in November, personally making sure quality control was on point and production was running at full speed. We’re expecting everything back in stock right around Christmas.
